Holaaa
Okayyy, we have arrived at a veryy nice hostel after roughing it for 2 nights and spending two nights in, well, not the cleanest of accomodations. Our 3 day acclimitisation trek went pretty well, we saw a really nice cave and went swimming in a waterfall and a river :) both clean (and our only source of showers) although we have a lot of smelly girls :p but that should be resolved by the end of tonight! Today we have been sightseeing around Oaxaca and actually had a fancyish meal (in budget of course) and tomorrow will be doing the same :) then we are off to our project phase the next day which we´re pretty excited about! :) Hope you´re all missing us lotss! how was your 3 day trek ? , i bet it was tireing ( sorry about my spelling ) :) martin came back last night and we had a little party for him and had some tapas which was nice , other than that theres nothing to report

Hey Babe,everybody's complaining about the show (so no surprises there!), Navi has got over her depression and even though she doesnt have a huge amount to do she is enjoying the social side of things. Aman and Danny went with me to pick her up yesterday and guess who comes on the train with her.......Tolu!!
She's so lovely. Navi went on her own this morning and was going to meet her on the train. And do you know what else.....Navi actually texted me to say she had got there...unlike someone else last year!!!!
Swimming in the waterfall sound like so much fun...and a completely environmentally friendly way to get clean! I bet the project phase is going to be absolutely amazing. Are you girls going to hire a cook? Or is someone in the goup really good at cooking....?
Anyway,sorry about the length of my messages but I like to keep you informed of the very normal things we are doing here whilst you lot are having the time of your lives!!
Love you always (and still say prayers every night...even though for you it will be the middle of the afternoon!!)

Have a nice R & R ready for the project phase - sure it will be an amazing experience, but not sure if the people of Comitan will know whats hit them!!!

Hollie we have been busy today took Rhys to meet Aaliyah needless to say he wouldn't hold her said she was too small she's huge now weighs 4lb 9oz!! Kian made him
laugh he thinks he is ace but he is really funny isnt he! We then popped to see grandma and grandad they were really happy to hear all that has been happening even about the bad toes!
Going to asemble his new bed now he is so looking forward it! Bet you will all feel like that when you get to see your beds again!
Enjoy your sausages tonight hope you all get enough rest before your project and that all your ailments are well and truly gone before you move onto you next trek.

come on , get updating! we are dying to hear how its going. The school holidays are flying, cant believe its the end of the first week already. THe commercial mixer has arrived so you can mix about ten batches of cupcakes at same time which should make for some earlier nights! saw sarah morton mollie and girls yesterday, they all sent their love. The Eluru thing is coming on well....you need to invite all your world challenge girlfriends. Not much else to report, a giant mirror was delivered to house from club which too six men to lift. so the dining room looks kind of bonkers. last night romy and mollie decided to groom bobby, and cut his hair.....so he also looks bonkers. Sophies hair has gone white ( im not saying a pattern is emerging but ......) Only kidding!!! lots of love fran x

How is everyone are people home sick or does england feel very distant.
We are starting to get ready for France here,uncle Matty is coming and Uncle Dan and Michael and Kate and now Dan and Sarah and the girls.It would be great if you could make a few days but you might be travelled out!

Hey Rum, how are you darling? Not the best I bet if you have had 3 days of sickness and diarrhoea.
Was is due to something you've eaten? Like I said, the cefaclor you have with you will be the best thing to take.
Did you enjoy the project phase? I bet you are missing the people.
Aman and Dad have gone to golf, I'm at home doing a few jobs, Bibi and Baba are watching their dramas(!) and Navi, of couse, is in Strawberry Hill. Shes seems to be having a fab time: it's been really hot here for the past week or so and yesterday she had a great big water fight with some of the others at easystages.....she was drenched and had to leave her shoes on the windowsil to dry out!
It's quite scary really how
quickly time is passing, I mean Navi is more than half way through her time and you girls have less than two weeks left!!
I am a bit worried about you not being well but I'm sure you are sensible and are in good hands. Be especially careful during the trek, all of you, about the bugs and making sure you are "BUGTIGHT" at night, put on plenty of insect repellent and look in your boots before you put them on!!
