We made itt!
We may have missed our connecting flight to Mexico City because of delays at Heathrow (no surprise here!) but after two more flights and sleeping at Houston Airport, we landed this morning (Wednesday) around 10. Today has been pretty busy, learning not to get hit by cars and realising they have very flexible driving laws. We have explored Mexico City buying a phone, getting the groceries and eating the greasiest tacos ever! The guacamole was a surprise to some, bit on the spicy side, aha. Still without a shower and in the same clothes we left girls high in but we are living the Mexican lifestyle and cant wait to explore the Teotihuacan ruins tomorrow. Oh No!!!! Sorry to hear about your travel disasters, but at least you made it in the end - guess its all part of the adventure!!

there i was imagining you getting off at airports at this time, getting taxis at other times and sleeping in a bed when you were still in the airport!!
I thought it was typical of girls not to remember to blog when all the time you hadn't had the chance!
so anyway at least you are there and getting to know the local way of life.
Hope things work out better from now on.
